Return To Photo Gallery Main Mabel Lake Exploration Run and Picnic July 15, 2007 Tour Leader: Gord After meeting at The Jammery for breakfast, the southern members headed north to meet the northerners in Vernon. From there we headed to the back roads Powerhouse, Back Enderby, Canyon, Deep Creek, Grandview Bench, and Enderby-Grindrod, which joins the Mabel Lake Road in Enderby. A scenic half-hour drive east took us along the Shuswap River to Mabel Lake, where we picked a nice spot along the river for our picnic lunch and a swim.
